Calm Graphite (145854-0001), incorporates a reversible construction and hand-drawn quality that brings novelty and detail to this classic, toile-like tropical design. With a soft hand and easy cleanability, this fabric can be used both indoors and out.

Welting options

Measurements do not include the thickness of welting, which is approximately 1/4" (.25). Welting can add up to 1/2" (.5) to the overall dimensions of each cushion. *If cushions need to fit in an exact, confined space, you may need to subtract 1/2" from your width, depth, or height before ordering.

How to measure your cushions

  1. Measure the total width of the space that the back is filling or match the width to the seat.
    • If making a small corner cushion, deduct the thickness of the back cushion that this back will be resting against.
  2. Measure the height of the back frame. Start from the seat to the top of the frame.
  3. From back height measurement, deduct the desired thickness of the seat cushion. If you desire overhang, add an inch or two.
  4. Choose a thickness that matches the side measurement of existing back cushions. Otherwise pick a thickness that is the same as, or an inch thinner than, your seat cushions.

Fabric Direction

Depending on your fabric direction, seams may be visible on widths greater than 52 inches. If seams will be visible, a note will be added to the cushion details in your cart. Please verify and edit the cushion to change your fabric direction (if desired).

Comfort Fill

A soft fill, allowing for maximum comfort.

Foam + Batting

High density foam, which we cover with a polyester batting. Recommended for most uses, indoor and outdoor. The completed cushion will stand up to years of sustained use.

Quick Dry Foam + Batting

This filling is recommended for outdoor applications where the cushions will constantly be getting wet.

Covers Only (No Fill)

This option does not include a cushion/fill and is a replacement cover only.

Add back button

Add a single, centred button to each back cushion. Button fabric will use the main cushion fabric.

Corner options

Square

Squared off corners. This is the typical cushion corner.

Rounded

The rear corners of seats and the top corners of backs are rounded. Recommended only if your frame has curved corners.
If you would like the front corners, all corners, or only one corner rounded, please write that in your order notes.

Back fabric ties

None

No ties.

Top corners

Ties on top (backs) or rear (seats) corners of each cushion. Ties are sewn into the back seams of the cushions. Each fabric tie is 12 to 14 inches in length.

Ties on all corners of each cushion. Ties are sewn into the bottom seams of the cushions. Each fabric tie is 12 to 14 inches in length.

Quality construction

Please note that the thickness of our back cushions is measured by the side panel of the cushion. When fully stuffed, the back cushions will puff out past the side panel by 1″-2″, ensuring maximum comfort and style.

Our custom back cushions are constructed using only the highest quality UV stabilized thread and feature zippers along the width of the bottom. We fill the cushions with polyester batting and soft fill, ensuring maximum comfort while maintaining a clean, polished look.

All of our cushions are made in a classic bullnose style, with the fabric wrapping over the top of the back cushion for added durability and style.

We also offer optional ties that are 12″-14″ in length. If you choose to add ties to your cushions, please specify your preferred tie location when completing your order.
