Errors on the Sites
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, Northern Patio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Northern Patio will promptly refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Order Policy and Shipping
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Northern Patio reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. All orders placed on Nothernpatio.com are subject to product availability.

How to Order
You can place your order online. We accept PayPal.

Order Confirmation
If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder, or contact us.

When will you be Charged?
Charges to your credit card will be made immediately through PayPal.

Shipping Times
We strive to keep the shipping dates as current as possible. But because we do not have control over inventory of fabric or foam from our supplier, these dates may become extended without notice.

Taxes
The tax rate applied to your order will be assessed from the province in which you are shipping the product to.

Tax-Exemption
If you are a tax exempt organisation or have a Native Status Card, please contact us. We will ask you to send us a copy of your Tax Except Certificate and make arrangements to place the order through e-mail.

What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard at this time.

Changes and Cancellations
We accept changes within 24 hours of your order. After 24 hours, the order will be considered “In Production” and cannot be altered in any way. Once the order has been sent to be processed, neither you or customer service staff can change it.

You have the ability to cancel your order as long as it is within the first 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be recovered.
