Be advised that the back thickness is the measurement of the side panel of the cushion. Back cushions puff out past the side panel by 1″-2″ when fully stuffed. We construct custom club chair cushions using high quality UV stabilized thread. All of our cushions have zippers along the width of the rear (seats) or bottom (backs). We use high density seat foam, which we cover with a polyester batting. The completed cushion will stand up to years of sustained use. We fill the back cushions with polyester batting and soft fill, allowing for maximum comfort. If included, ties are standard at 12″-14″ in length and can be tied in a bow.
